To achieve this Policy, FORTIZO Quality Policy shall:
- Ensure that services meet and exceed clients and customer requirements
- Ensure that services meet national and applicable international standards, procedures and regulations
- Ensure that continual improvement is embedded within business culture to meet Quality Management Standards
- Maintain and monitor quality client interactions with the intent to acquire feedback on service rendered and product supplied
- Employ competent and quality – minded workforce with experience and expertise to render quality service
- Utilize standardized equipment, tools and professional well-trained personnel that guarantees quality product and service delivery
- Formulate quality requirements for clients, customers suppliers, and stakeholders
It is the responsibility of all staff to ensure that the achievement FORTIZO Quality policy and objectives are accomplished by the individual commitment to the Quality Management Systems.
The authorized officer by the MD shall ensure proper implementation of this Policy.
This Policy shall be communicated to all Employees, Contractors, Client, Client and other stakeholders and compliance with Policy content are mandatory.
